The program is organized in June July and August. The duration of the excursion is approximately 4 hours. Reservations must be made 2 days before the event. Transfers from Levi to Kallio and back take about 45 minutes each way. The duration of the program in Kittilä's Kallo is approximately 2 hours. Presentations are available in English and German

Orders/Reservations

  • Reservations must be made at the latest before the starting time: 16 hours.

Booking Terms:

  • We charge a 100% cancellation fee if the booking is canceled less than 3 days before the event.

  • We charge a 50% cancellation fee if the booking is canceled less than 5 days before the event.

  • We charge a 10% cancellation fee if the booking is canceled less than 90 days before the event.

The departure takes place from Levin Matkailu Oy. In the mornings at 08:30. The drive to the wilderness area (Kittilä, Kallo) takes about 45 minutes each way. At the destination, our expert guides provide in-depth information (2h) about various plant species of the season and biodiversity. You will also get to learn how to properly plant a tree in the soil. After the event at the lean-to shelter, there will be campfire coffee and pleasant, peaceful conversations. The location is ideally situated between two fells with marshy terrain. The total duration of the excursion is approximately 4h. (0830.-1230.).
